This policy will detail out on Return Policy, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for any purchasing through online portal, ticketonline.my.

Return Policy

  1. For cancellation or refund process, no physical tickets or any vouchers need to return back. Vouchers and tickets whereby sell from ticketonline.my is a self-printed ticket.

Cancellation Policy

  1. ticketonline.my accepts any cancellation made within the grace period from the time of payment has been received.
  2. Grace period is 24 hours after payment received and up to 24 hours before the date of arrival as stated on online booking details in ticketonline.my.
  3. All sales are considered final after the cancellation grace period has elapsed.
  4. Process for request cancellation can be follow as below:
    1. Email to our support@ticketonline.my with subject “REQUEST CANCELLATION”
    2. Forward together with online voucher and payment confirmation from iPay88
    3. We will proceed to iPay88 for processing your request
    4. An email notification will be sent to you after cancellation process is success
    5. Refund will be issued to your credit card / bank account
NOTE: Please take note that it will take 2-5 working days for the provider to apply refund to your credit card.

Refund Policy

  1. ticketonline.my only able to full refund of your purchase on circumstances as below:
    1. Cancellation process has been made within the grace period
    2. The services is down or not available within your period of travelling

  2. Process for request refund can be follow as below:
    1. Email to our support@ticketonline.my with subject “REQUEST REFUND”
    2. Forward together with online voucher and payment confirmation from iPay88
    3. We will proceed to iPay88 for processing your request
    4. An email notification will be sent to you after cancellation process is success
    5. Refund will be issued to your credit card / bank account

    NOTE: Please take note that it will take 2-5 working days for the provider to apply refund to your credit card.
